We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product along with your order number by calling or WhatsApp at 8848506597.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Once we approve the return or exchange, we will provide instructions on how to send back the item or arrange a replacement.

Refunds will be processed to your account within 5–7 business days after your return is received and approved.
